Abstract: In this paper detail the results of the analysis parameters of polyharmonic waves, generated when the dynamic equipment of mining shovels. On the basis of the developed complex consisting of more than 60 diagnostic rules for automatic identification of major damage to property on the basis of selective groups of informative frequencies chosen basic criteria that can be used as a base platform for improving the methodology for the valuation parameters of mechanical vibrations. On the basis of defined criteria developed individual spectral mask to perform a valuation parameter of vibrations and spectral analysis of signals generated by the equipment draglines. The paper substantiates the effectiveness of a comprehensive diagnostic approach to assess the technical condition of the units and mechanisms in the parameters of the generated vibrations. It is shown that only with the extensive use of modern methods of vibration diagnostics and nondestructive testing given the opportunity to timely detection of defects in units of mining shovels. The results of these studies demonstrate the need to move categorically repair and maintenance departments of industrial enterprises in the service system technology on its actual technical condition. The platform for the implementation of the basic elements of such a system can act designed complex diagnostic rules to detect defects dynamic equipment of mining shovels and established criteria to improve the methodology of the valuation parameters generated by vibration.
