Abstract: Investigation of heat production in damper polyurethane massif working under slide in regime of dynamic load is presented in the article. Temperature selection rationale of polyurethane massif damper as main performance criterion is presented. Description of experimental plant and loading fixture for investigation of questions of heat generation and durability of polyurethane damper working under slide are given. Plant provides opportunity to modulate elementary case of one ax harmonic load of polyurethane massif. Due to variable speed of motor axis we can investigate warming of damper polyurethane massif in the interval of typically used mechanical frequency of load. Plant provides opportunity to investigate the heat production as function of five parameters: load frequency, amplitude of vibration, value of static deformation, form factor of damper polyurethane massif and hardness of polyurethane.
