Abstract: In article features of transport service consumers planning at tactical and operative level are considered. The list of solved problems, necessity of tactical and operative decisions coordination at a choice of a rolling stock for cargoes transportations are specified. On an example the technique of vehicles optimum structure definition for logistical systems service at tactical and operative levels is considered.
