Abstract: Two components of trust are regarded: rational and emotional. The essence of rational trust is exposed using the works of foreign researchers, particularly, the works of Dutch scientist B. Nooteboom. Emotional trust is examined in the row of moral-ethical forms and values of knowledge-based economy.
