Abstract: Creation of the device for monitoring of operation of the excavator – an actual problem of modern mechanical engineering. The content of scientifically based development and modernization of a hardware-software complex for realization of a goal is described. Results of industrial tests of this complex are given in one of coal mines of Kuzbass.
