Abstract: In article the effect assessment from realization of actions of population policy is carried out.  To do this was to use a set of estimated coefficients of L. V. Shulgina and V. M. Zherebin. In turn, in addition to these coefficients the author offered their standard values. The set of coefficients tested on the example of the Kemerovo Region for the period from 1989 to 2013. The main tendencies are revealed and the conclusion is drawn on ambiguity of the reached effect in different areas of impact of actions of population policy in the territory of the Kemerovo region.
