Abstract: Justified relevant technological and technical solutions for the implementation of processes of destruction, loading, transportation of products of destruction of the faces of the tunnel excavation and horizontal wells. Results of development of exchangeable effectors to boom-type roadheaders selective action with reversing disk tools and cutters on the multifaceted prism housings radial and axial crowns. The proposed design variants crowns with a disc tool for roadheaders and sets auger tool for horizontal drilling machines, implements a two-stage technology of drilling of wells. The findings on the impact of the design options of the effectors of roadheaders and auger machines on the stress-strain state of the mating elements and the energy consumption during the driving of mine workings and drilling in the down-hole arrays with a wide range of physical and mechanical properties characteristic of the operation of mining and construction enterprises of Kuzbass.
