Abstract: This article examines matters relating to the equipping of the working bodies of the mountain of Shearer machines disk tool for extraction of solid minerals. Shows the results of industrial testing of the working bodies of the continuous destruction of complicated structured coal seams, frozen sand and ore bodies of various lithological composition. It is shown that the use of disk tool enables you to efficiently develop solid minerals mechanically.
