Abstract: The semiempirical computer design of nucleation rate surfaces over the diagrams of phase equilibrium is necessary to have a set of correct enough data. The first set of data, which are needed and minimally sufficed for the semiempirical design of nucleation rate surfaces are discussed. The first steps for this surfaces design are listed.
