Abstract: The urgency of the discussed issue. Development of models of approximate human thought and their application in computer systems is currently one of the most important problems of science. In general, the algorithms that are based on fuzzy sets, in practice used for the most diverse range of applications: for complex simulation of social welfare and health care; to create a model of political, economic and stock situations. The main aim of the study: to сonsider the use of interpolation fuzzy sets to solve the problem estimate the unemployment rate in a fixed time by the example of the Russian Federation. The methods used in the study. Achievement of goals in work is carried out on the basis of complex use of methods of computer algebra, calculus mathematics and the theory of fuzzy sets. The results. The algorithm and complex of program in system of computer mathematics Maple created to simulate changes of multi-level the indicators of unemployment, to evaluate them in a short period of time. This algorithm can be used for an adequate estimating of other social and economic indicators, as well as with it you can determine the degree of membership of indicator to the selected level not only in the forecast for the future, but also to restore its unknown value in the past period of time, that allows you to restore the complete necessary missing information.
Key words: fuzzy sets dynamic function membership the system of analytical calculations Maple
