Abstract: Today, without the use of information technology no one institution can do , regardless of their status, profile and scale. In addition, information technology has become an integral part of all business processes that take place within the institutions. As a consequence - increased load on the staff of IT services of these institutions. On how to organize the work and structure of IT services largely depends on the activities of all institutions. The author proposed a scheme for the organization of the IT department as an example of one of the budgetary institutions.
