Abstract: The urgency of the discussed issue. In this paper we consider a hydrodynamical model proposed recently. This model represents a quasilinear system of equations written in the form of conservation laws. The conservation laws are obtained from a system of moment relations for the Boltzmann transport equation. The main aim of the study: The aim of this work is the construction and the realization of effective numerical algorithm for solving of the problem of charge transport in transistor MESFET. The methods used in the study: The proposed algorithm is based on the stabilization method, the application of regularized smoothing operators and ideas of schemes without saturation. The results: This computational algorithm was implemented as software complex developed in Object Pascal in the Delphi 6 environment.
