Abstract: The urgency of the discussed issue: Relevance of the work is due to the need of making management decisions in the field of resource saving to the thermoelectric power station. The main aim of the study: to perform an assessment of experts competence in the problem of the cognitive modeling of resource saving process to the thermoelectric power station. The methods used in the study: methods for evaluating the experts competence The results: This article presents a comparative analysis of three methods in the problem of resource saving to the thermoelectric power station. Based on the analysis made in favor of the joint use of the two techniques. The RMS criteria is used at the comparative analysis.
