Abstract: The relevance of the work. The article revealed the relevance of contemporary models of strategic management, BALANCED SCORECARD, KPI example. Shows the need to develop methodological tools use KPI and balanced scorecard in the activity of the Russian enterprises. Aim: to Develop methodological tools use KPIS, BSC, including selection and evaluation metrics. Research methods: methodological basis of the research served as a scientific and experimental methods. Results: a cross-factor model of formation of matrix KPIs and performance assessment and selection algorithm of matrix KPI.
