Abstract: Stress condition of the soil spring of mine working is considered. Unit specific gravity of rocks is introduced into the static equation for the vertical axis of symmetry. The proposed linear relationship between the principal stresses on this axis allows to obtain the equation for calculating the coordinates of the edge point of the inelastic deformation zone in soil working and then to define the earth motion.
