Abstract: This paper is based on the results of the analysis of existing approaches to the development unified diagnostic criteria based on the results of vibration diagnostics of complex mechanical systems and are required to be used as the basic elements of mathematical models of changes in the state of degradation. The research of vibro-acoustic characteristics, generated by the power-mechanical equipment of diesel-hydraulic drilling rigs, allowed for the distribution of defects in the equipment for the 7 main groups (defects of internal combustion engines, the violation of the rigidity of the system, bearing defects, compressor defects, defects of the couplings, rotators defects alignment errors). This defects corresponds to more than a hundred diagnostic features vibration parameters, formalized for ease of use in the development of the algorithm code of the automated control of complex systems on the frequency set of basic features. As part of this work the necessity of using the results of an integrated diagnostic approach for performance evaluation of the technical state of the parameters generated when the vibration. It is shown that only with the extensive use of modern methods of vibration diagnostics and non-destructive testing there is an opportunity for early diagnosis of defects mining machinery equipment (including at the stage of inception) and the development of predictive models of change of their technical condition. As a platform for the realization of the basic elements of technology service system in its actual technical condition may serve as a diagnostic set of rules designed to identify defects on the analysis of parameters of mechanical vibrations, and create a united diagnostic criteria for assessment of the state, based on the analysis of mechanical vibrations parameters, developed by the number of major groups of faults diagnosed equipment. The results of these studies demonstrate the fundamental possibility of creating a group unified diagnostic criteria for assessing the technical condition of the diesel-hydraulic drilling rigs required for effective short-term forecasting of the tested parameters. It is proved that the results of short-term forecasting is sufficient and appropriate to the minimum necessary for the implementation of the basic elements of the system maintenance of mining equipment for its actual state.
