Abstract: The paper presents the economic and mathematical model that can be used to predict the impact of investment projects’ implementation on the key indicators of municipal entities development. The whole cycle of using the model starting with the possibilities of obtaining statistical background, specifications of using the model, rates of obtaining final results, have been analyzed. Calculations have shown that in general the model can work with real economic information and yields positive results but along with this it requires being adapted to the size of a municipal entity and the structure of the key indicators of its development.
