Abstract: In the meaning times there is an upgrading and expansion of electrical networks, so the issues of environmental impact on the environment are of particular relevance. Counting the electromagnetic field of transmission lines, it is possible to evaluate the environmental impact and the need for shielding from electromagnetic waves in excess of allowable values. The main purpose of the work is the calculation of the electromagnetic field of transmission lines and assessment of their environmental impact. The calculations can be used to assess the impact of electric and magnetic fields on the environment, as well as to determine the dimensions of human security, finding areas near power lines.
