Abstract: To describe thermal and dynamic processes that occur as a result of depressurization vessel filled with water under high pressure the analysis’s been performed and a simple model’s been proposed. The fundamental contradictions of the widely used empirical relaxation model [3] are noted. The comparative calculations have been done show a significant discrepancy between the results using the empirical model [3] and the proposed one for large time outflow.
