Abstract: This article describes approaches to the task solution of improving the staff effectiveness to prevent breaches of safety requirements, which is acute for the coal industry. To increase the safety level were created the mechanism of reducing production risk and the relevant effectiveness criteria. Also are shown the results of testing approaches at coal mines of company "SUEK-Kuzbass".
