Abstract: The paper has evaluated the electrical safety in electrical installations up to 1 kV, conclusions have been made about the impact of training and adequate hazard assessment by the personnel of electrical safety level. To demonstrate the factors influencing the outcome of electric shock, and to improve the efficiency of training, the laboratory stand "Electrical safety in the direct and three-phase AC networks of up to 1 kV" has been designed, the possibilities of which exceed the factory model of stands devoted to issues of electrical safety in low voltage electrical installations. The main aspects of the search for the concept of the developed laboratory stand and calculation of the principal schematic diagram are also presented in this article . The designed laboratory stand can be used to conduct laboratory and practical work on discipline "Electrical Safety". The subject of the article is of great practical importance both for those interested in the issues of electrical safety, and for employees involved in the development of various kinds of laboratory stands.
