Abstract: This paper deals with the problems of diagnosing of a technical condition of energy-mechanical equipment conveyors according to the analysis of parameters of mechanical vibrations generated during its work. The obtained data allowed to substantiate the effectiveness of the results of an integrated diagnostic approach to identify the basic defect at different stages of development, provides detailed classification of faults and damage diagnosed equipment. The results allowed the authors to create a complex of more than one hundred of diagnostic rules, designed to identification of the main defects on the basis of the analysis of informative frequency equipment. It is proved that only with the widespread use of modern methods of vibration diagnostics and nondestructive testing it is possible to effectively identify defects of crushing and screening, coal enrichment and mining equipment, as well as to develop adequate mathematical models to predict the changes in the technical conditions. Proved in principle the possibility of creating a group a unified diagnostic criteria suitable for evaluation of the technical state of conveyors and is a prerequisite for effective short-term forecasting of the tested parameters in the development of adaptive mathematical models. The proposed diagnostic approaches can be used as a base platform for improving system maintenance of mining equipment. The results of these research are categorically demonstrate the need the introduction of service system for its actual technical condition for the coal and mining industries.
