Abstract: The article describes the main provisions of the theoretical and methodological approach for improving the process of determining the price of gold at feasibility study of conditions for state accounting and balance of enterprise , which on the one hand provides a subsoil user to obtain a high level of net income and maximum financial stability of operation, and on the other hand - provides the state (as the owner of the subsoil) obtaining the maximum budget efficiency.
