Abstract: The article presents the results of the geotechnical survey and observation of the uneven subsidence of the administrative building. The forecast is given for the development of foundations subsidence on the basis of computer modeling of natural and artificial foundation soils of nonhomogeneous structure. The main features of spatial changes in the stress-strain state of the foundation soil are shown before and after grouting. Recommendations are given on location, geometry and strength parameters for additional areas of injection grouting along the facade of the building.
