Abstract: The aim of this work is to study the characteristics of various independent sources of electricity for industrial enterprises, as well as the selection of a certain autonomous power source for the company OOO PO "Khimprom". The article describes different types of self-contained power sources, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The article describes specificity of the technological processes of the enterprise OOO PO "Khimprom" and the identified causes that show the need for a stand-alone power source. In conclusion of this article, the choice is made of the optimal stand-alone power source for the company OOO PO "Khimprom".
