Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of theoretical basis of Russian social and economic development strategies. Depending on the essence of theoretical representations of future society authors distinguish post-industrial and neo-industrial strategies, depends on attitude of market regulations of the economy they distinguish liberal and planned strategies.
