Abstract: The paper presents the data on development and construction of a vacuum setup for preparation of carbon nanomaterials (CNM) and conducting FTIR spectroscopic study of surface acidic properties of CNM. Methods of the setup operation as well as experimental methods of adsorption of different molecules on the surface of CNM are described in details.
