Abstract: The work attempts to understand the processes of development and organization, that always accompany our lives. However, understanding of the mechanisms of these processes is far from simple. The entropy is used as a base concept in the role of a measure of ratio of chaos, order and degree of heterogeneity of the system. The entropy-harmonic system organization (EGOS) is proposed, on the basis of which the model of organization, development and their interaction is constructed. A number of examples from various fields such as nature, a human being and a socio-economic life is considered.
