Abstract: It is shown coordination mechanism of owners’ and managing directors’ interests in corporations of the Russian Federa-tion. It is generalized interests-coordination experience of companies and persons providing consulting services. Interests are coordinated if there is full or almost full satisfaction of stakeholders’ expectations from participation in organization’s activity or assets.
