Abstract: For managing the resource base of the company, it is necessary to have a complete image of the history of its development, current state and prospects. Such statistics and analytics is based on the accurate and consistent assessment and forecast of reserves and resources, which are often calculated in independent systems by specialists of different areas. In response to the complex needs of the oil and gas industry, it became necessary to use an application that could satisfy all the requirements. The analysis of the Russian and foreign software showed the absence of the one corresponding to the business realities. Thus Gazprom Neft had a challenge to create its own IT solution for managing the company's resource base - the Permanent Model of Reserves and Resources Monitoring. It is the common platform for synchronizing existing data arrays, modern approaches and approved me-thods for resource base assessment. The software can significantly improve the quality resource base analysis for any oil and gas company: in getting full understanding of its potential, in identifying constraints, in making recommendations for resource base development.
