Abstract: Our studies performed on the basis of the developed rapid method, using advanced ultrasonic devices for the determination of the velocities of propagation of longitudinal waves can create a directory of reliable relationships to assess the strength properties of massif rocks, as well as their use as carrying layers of road clothes of Kuzbass technological roads for opencasts.
