Abstract: The stages of development of organization and management system of open cast motor transport are analyzed, moreover the current state of these systems, and the problems of management and organization, appeared in equipment and technology development in open cast mines, are shown. The most perspective ways of management system development, connected with the satellite monitoring system introduction and transit to the “ intelligent open cast” system are shown.
