Abstract: Problems concerning the basic structure, conditions of employment, labor, workers' living in the salt pro-thoughts Lower Volga region. The changes in the ethnic composition of the workers, a comparison of pay-ment of labor and employment conditions of workers of different categories. Particular attention is paid to the factory and the factory of the legislation as one of the possible concessions state workers.
