Abstract: Coal companies considered to be one of the main risks to the industry to the current date the Russian railway system. The problems of coal producers in a situation of lower prices for the products and the growth of the logistics costs of its im-plementation to customers, especially when exporting are considered in the article. Assessment of options for the development of the situation in the future and the key to solve these problems has been given in the article.
