Abstract: The article discusses the factors, affecting the efficiency of overhaul production processes performed on mine dump truck internal combustion engines at LLC Beltrans. Having studied each factor, we propose the methods to optimize the technological process of overhaul on internal combustion engines. It is proposed to develop new, detailed operational flow charts for the overhaul of components and units of mine dump trucks, due to which not only the quality of the performed work will increase, but also the costs associated with them will decrease. The existing shortcomings in the functional interaction of related departments and between enterprises are identified. Elimination of these problems will lead to significant reduction in time intervals for paperwork. The possibility and expediency of lean production application during the process of production processes improvement have been considered. The ways to reduce costs and losses in production are given.
