Abstract: It was found that catalytically active and gas sensitive phases (TiO2, Co3O4, CoTiO3 и Co2TiO4) in the systems of Ti–Si–Co–О ternary oxides are formed during the annealing of the film-forming solutions hydrolysates in several stages which are accompanied by the removal of the water, butyl alcohol, hydrochloric acid and carbon dioxide.
