Abstract: The article analyzes the current state of theoretical and experimental research aimed at developing new metal-based composite antifriction materials and creating a technology for forming a thin (1–1.5 mm) porous antifriction coating on the working surface of tribotechnical products. The conditions for obtaining thin-walled composite anti-friction bushings, a feature of which is the use of the method of longitudinal rolling with a mismatch in the speed of the rolls, as a method of forming the final physical-mechanical and tribotechnical properties of the products obtained, are studied.
Key words: Coating deformation longitudinal rolling with roll speed mismatch two-layer composite antifriction material longitudinal bending
