Abstract: The problem of accumulation of sludge sewage sludge is acutely relevant. One of the methods of their processing is pyrolysis, which allows you to convert precipitation into coal. Openness to the search for new ways to use this coal stimulates research in the field of its potential applications. Cleaning of municipal solid waste filtrate (MSWF) It is also an important task from the point of view of eliminating harmful substances and minimizing the negative impact on the environment. This article discusses the effectiveness of cleaning drainage fluid from municipal solid waste using coal obtained by pyrolysis of sludge sewage. Experiments were carried out to determine the possibility of adsorption of harmful substances and pollutants using this coal. In the process of mixing the filtrate with coal, a significant reduction in the cost of the coagulant used for its purification was achieved. The conducted sieve analysis showed that the coal of silt sediments of urban wastewater is a finely dispersed material.
