Abstract: The article considers the study of the effect of the cut route on the speed of movement of a 220-ton load-carrying CS based on GPS melons. GPS data was recorded using special equipment installed on a quarry dump truck with a load capacity of 220 tons continuously during a work shift in the spring season. An analysis of the routes of a mining dump truck with a load capacity of 220 tons according to XYZ coordinates showed that the dump truck moved along two typical routes per shift. The routes of movement of a dump truck with a load capacity of 220 tons, a change in the height of the longitudinal profile of the road h and the speed of the dump truck V from the traveled path l are obtained. The value of the height difference above sea level for all flights is 124.9 m for route No. 1, for route No. 2 – 57.5 m. The change in the speed of movement of a dump truck V in loaded and empty condition from the traveled path l for different routes is given. The speed of a dump truck can vary from 20 km/h to 40 km/h on flat sections of road, depending on operating conditions, weather conditions and the quality of the roadway. When driving on difficult sections such as ascents and descents, the speed can be from 5 km/h to 20 km/h. The average speed of an empty dump truck is 3.1 km/h higher than that of a loaded one. To optimize the operation of excavator-automobile complexes, it may be worth considering optimizing routes, in which it should be taken into account that a change in the height of the longitudinal profile (height above sea level) affects the speed of movement of a dump truck with a load capacity of 220 tons, which must be taken into account when designing roads on sections.
