Abstract: The article presents a concept for the evolution of approaches to the reclamation of raw material clusters disturbed by mining operations, including Post-mining 1.0 (mechanical elimination of consequences), Post-mining 2.0 (biocentric and normative approach), Post-mining 3.0 (technological monitoring) and Post-mining 4.0 (cyber-physical systems and territory lifecycle management). The objective of the article is to systematize and analyze the application of digital technologies for the integrated lifecycle management of Post-mining objects. The research hypothesis is the following: each new stage of Post-mining expands its timeframe (from elimination of consequences to full lifecycle management), spatial coverage (from the site to the ecosystem and territory) and transforms the economic essence of the process (from costs to investments). It is shown that the transition to each new stage does not cancel the previous ones, but builds on them, increasing complexity, preventiveness and economic efficiency. Particular attention is paid to fourth-stage technologies: digital twins, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics, which transform Post-mining into a source of data and new business models for the sustainable development of mining territories. It has been proven that the integration of these technologies enables a transition from one-time cleanup measures to the creation of long-term, sustainable ecosystems and new economic models for revitalization.
