Abstract: This paper presents the results of a study of welded joints made from 0.12C-18Cr-10Ni-Ti steel blanks in the fusion line zone on both the base metal side and the weld metal side (deposited metal) after manual arc welding (MMA) using standard technology, after semiautomatic argon welding, and after laser welding. Under real-world operating conditions, most welded joints made from corrosion-resistant austenitic steels operate in aggressive environments and under increased loads, which can lead to damage accumulation and elastic-plastic deformation. Furthermore, welded joints of technical devices of hazardous industrial facilities (TDHF) after installation (repair), according to Rostekhnadzor guidelines, must undergo hydraulic testing with elevated pressure or loads exceeding the design load by up to 25% before being put into operation. Corrosion-resistant steels are readily weldable, but specific grades require the development of specialized technologies. The thermal cycle of welding results in complex physical and chemical processes associated with phase transformations and localized structural changes in the metal's heat-affected zone (HAZ). These processes often lead to undesirable effects, such as grain growth, alloying element segregation, intermetallic formation, and, consequently, reduced performance. Based on studies of welded joint samples produced by various methods, it can be concluded that the most advanced joints are produced using both manual arc welding and semiautomatic argon-arc welding with a consumable electrode. Laser welding offers potential for achieving satisfactory performance characteristics in welded joints, but careful selection of the welding mode is necessary
