Abstract: Description of pilot plant for fatigue testing of the polyurethane rollers is given. Empirical formula for determination of the heating temperature of the polyurethane rim depending on the loading speed and deformation range were obtaned. Ultimate temperatures, deformations and speeds are determined for polyurethanes of different hardness.
